Armpit and back fat can exist at the same time in your body. But did you know that you can also burn the fat in those area together and at the same time, too? Well, you can! And that is what today’s workout video is going to do.
The exercises in this video can be quite challenging but I’m confident that our beginners can do it! They’re meant to target your back muscles while doing moves for your arms–all which are meant to burn fat and tone these 2 problem areas!
You can do this everyday for the next few weeks or you can combine it with your regular workout. Either way, you can surely see the results you’re expecting if you just keep motivated and do this on a regular basis!
