Ingredients
1 Carton Egg Whites
Dried Onion
Garlic
3-4 Whole Eggs
Mixed Spices (I used Costco’s Organic No-Salt Seasoning and Trader Joe’s Chipotle-Lime)
Nutritional Yeast

Preheat pan on medium-high heat
Coat pan in avocado oil
Add dried onion and garlic
Add egg whites and whole eggs
Add spices
Continue to cook and fold over eggs until mostly cooked
Add nutritional yeast powder
Recipe serves 2. Or save half for a later meal!
