  1. I thought u should keep ur fat really low on high carb days to avoid fat
    gain or do u see better results on junk food for ur own body?

    1. +latpe So this is going to depend on the person and what your looking for
      (glycogen/leptin VS intramuscular triglyceride stores/leptin other hormones
      etc.) Personally I do respond better to a larger free meal bolus.
