Using a medicine ball to do diamond push ups makes it even more difficult as it reduces your stability. It’s important to maintain your form and keep you abdominals engaged at all times whilst doing the knee kicks. You should also be in plank position whilst doing this exercise as this will keep your entire body working at once.
