a) Kettlebell Military Press (3 sets : 3 reps)
b) Kettlebell Sumo Deadlift (3 sets : 5 reps)
c) Double Kettlebell Swing (3 sets : 3 reps)
d) Double Kettlebell Rack Carry (3 sets : 50 ft.)
e) Overhead Sled Drag (3 sets : 50 ft.)
Rest no more than 3 minutes between rounds
