Drizzle Sugar-Free Syrup – Flavour of choice

1tsp Nutri Purples Fruit-Blend

15g Fresh Blueberries

15g Fresh Raspberries

75g Quark

1. POUR MILK INTO SHAKER
2. ADD PROTEIN PANCAKE MIX
3. SHAKE
4. POUR INTO FRYING PAN
5. COOK ON BOTH SIDES
6. PUT RASPBERRIES IN BOWL AND MASH
7. ADD QUARK YOGHURT
8. AND NUTRI PURPLES FRUIT BLEND
9. MIX
10. PUT MIXTURE ON PANCAKE
11. ADD RASPBERRIES
12. FOLD PANCAKE IN HALF
13. PUT QUARK YOGHURT ON FOLDED PANCAKE
14. ADD BLUEBERRIES
15. FOLD AGAIN AND WEIGH DOWN
16. DRIZZLE WITH SUGAR-FREE SYRUP
