  1. I think you look good in your transformation photos. Some people build
    muscle quicker than others. From what I was told personally, it’s genetics
    and type of workouts you do. Haters and fitness trolls need not apply

    1. Yep! For the most part I focus more on “muscle building” workouts over
      strength training and what not. Thank you!
