This week I talk about a common question that I have been asking a number of times and have wanted to cover for a while, and that is What is the best Cardio for Fat Loss.
I wanted to make sure that when I made the video it would give some actionable tips that you could take away.

  1. I have a quick question i haveLumbar radiculopathy which causes me bad nerve pain in my lower back into my legs and i was doing hiit 2 times a week before it started to really cause me problems and now i just cant seem to do hiit at all . anytime i do it comes back after i didnt have pain with low intensity. i know this is an obvious but should i stick with low intensity daily bc i have a sedentary job and im trying to grow my glutes and do 20-30 minutes steady state on the stair stepper 5-6 days a week is that to much or should i lower it to 3-4 days a week?

  2. Your videos are really informative man, good stuff! I like HIIT personally but mostly just as a way of staying fit with the minimal amount of time required, I’d agree not for everyone.
