So today’s and now a days trending topic is to loose fat as fast as possible . So in this video we will discuss about the FASTEST WAY TO LOOSE BODY FAT …….. #FitnessHour

In India normally when people become FAT then they usually joins gym or start running, or some other kinds of stuff to cut down there fat specially girls are very obsessed about there figures so they usually starting carving stop eating and instead of fat they loose there weight .I have also seen in gyms that people who wants to loose there weight doing cardio and other calorie burning exercise but then also they are not getting there results.

So today i will told you the most effective and fastest way to burn fat from your body.

Which is very simple as well :-

ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS DO SOME CARDIO OR RUNNING OR SOME COMPOUND EXERCISES FIRST THING IN THE MORNING ON AN EMPTY STOMACH.

It’s as simple as that cause working down on an empty stomach burns more fat than your carbs . In simple language in the morning when you are on an empty stomach your body use fat as a primary source of energy whatever you do . As in the morning there is no other source of energy in our body cause from last 7 to 8 hrs we don’t have any food in our body so it is considered by our mind that the only source of energy left in our body is fat and start using it if you workout or do other cardio vascular activity.

So if you want to loose fat from your body you have to do some activity which should be intense and about a secession of 30 to 45 min. will be enough to burn you good amount of fat .

So now there is question.

That all of us don’t have time to workout in the morning then what will they do?

Simple answer is that they can do there cardio activity after there workout cause it is considered as after a intense workout secession of 45 to 55 min. our body has uses its all primary source of energy which is glycogen and after that is uses our fat cell as a source of energy …
