Essential Fun : Workout : Abs , Spiderman and Planks

After our Steps class , we did about 10 min ABS … the focus is on legs and core stomach… the Spiderman move is extend your opposite leg to the other leg , left it up and touch your toe ( if you can ) … end with plank , push-up ( I skip it as usual lol ) … , move up and touch your feet , go back to plank and repeat it again …
if you tired , stop like me and go home 🙈
