Last week we revealed the secret to Katrina’s hot body from Yasmin Karachiwala. This week the celebrity trainer shares with us the tips to Kareena Kapoor Khan’s sensuous body.

Yasmin is behind the name perfect body of celebrities like Imran Khan, Kunal Kapoor, Karisma Kapoor and Konkona Sen Sharma.
She talks to Pinkvilla exclusively and shares the Kareena’s workout regime with us.

The celebrity fitness trainer starts the training with focus on the upper body. The next exercise was for the shoulders. It focuses on toning the shoulders using medicine balls and pulsing motions. This workout needs to be done in a pilates V posture.

Next up was an exercise for the triceps which she did using a thera band. An exercise for the lat muscles follows next.
