How to Make Raw/Vegan Chili Cheese Fries – Party Favorite | Diana Stobo

Hi I am Diana Stobo, welcome to the Daily Juice. Today we are going to make a Chili Cheese Fry, this is not an ordinary Chili Cheese Fry, this is a Jicama Chili Cheese Fry.
Jicama is a light, crisp and slightly sweet root that can grow quite large. This one is a small one, you want to cut into your Jicama taking the tip off and then peeling the skin back, it should come off fairly easy, all the way around. Nothing is perfect in nature and yet everything is perfect in nature. We clean it up to make it as beautiful as we can and then we are going to chop this into little Julienne strips. If you like a thicker French Fry, moisture plumper in your mouth, then cut it thicker. I am going to do these fairly thin, more like a match stick fry like so and we will place them in the bowl.
Alright, very simple ingredients, little bit of Olive oil to coat, some Chili, this is a ground chili and nutritional yeast, when mixed with salt creates a cheese flavor. These are very simple ingredients, and then we toss coating each and every fry. Couldn’t be any simpler right? And then we are going to place some into our beautiful bowl and serve them just so. Light, delicate, crisp, delicious fries.
