Burn fat fast with this 20 minute HIIT Workout for Fat Loss. It consists of 2 sets of 5 HIIT exercises that will challenge you and make sure that fat loss is maximized. Each set of exercises is repeated once, resulting in a total workout of 4 x 5 minutes. Each HIIT Exercise is performed for 45 sec on – 15 sec off.
